00:00Can I ask Sarah to speak?
00:02Yes, sir.
00:03Thank you.
00:04I want to say a little bit about these great gentlemen.
00:06These heroes, Mr. President, are extraordinary.
00:09This is my husband, Michael, and so many of our dear, dear friends who are here today.
00:14Many of them have met you, sir, in your first administration in the hospital many times at Walter Reed.
00:19Right.
00:19And they've had long recoveries.
00:21Tomorrow, for my husband, marks 15 years since he was wounded in Afghanistan.
00:24Wow.
00:25And on that day, about six years ago, he had his 120th surgery.
00:30Post-Afghanistan.
00:31And you came to see him at Walter Reed and so many others.
00:34And we saw great reform in the VA.
00:38Access, same-day access to prosthetics, mental health care.
00:41And we know that that is back.
00:42We're going to, these gentlemen were saying, Alex here earlier was saying, in the last few years when he's gone to get a wheelchair, the VA has asked him, this gentleman,
00:50they've asked him to prove that he still has his injuries, as though maybe his limbs would grow back.
00:57And they unfortunately did not.
00:59Yes.
00:59And we've seen that many times.
01:00And so we're excited for you bringing back the VA Accountability, Mission Act, Community Care, that were the hallmark of your first term.
01:08And we're so excited, sir, to be here.
01:09We're honored to be here.
01:10And thank you for all you do for our nation's heroes.
01:13Thank you.
01:14Who's that picture on there?
01:16That is Joe Biden that says, let's go, Brandon.
01:19I'm saying, what was that picture?
01:26I told him he wasn't allowed to ask you to sign it.
01:30That's very good.
01:31That's very good.
01:32Well, thank you all very much.
