00:00Yeah, so I've run the London Marathon a couple of times before.
00:04It's one of the most amazing events I've ever been part of from start to finish.
00:09You have strangers cheering you along the way.
00:12The organisation is fantastic from the time you get to Greenwich and drop your bag off.
00:19No problem, it makes money for charity.
00:22I've had friends who've done it a few years ago, made money for charity.
00:28No, I've got no problem with that.
00:29The medals are there, the support is amazing.
00:34Running a marathon is a difficult thing.
00:37You have to put a lot of training in.
00:39But yeah, over 50,000 people manage to do it every year.
00:43I think it's a testament to the support that Londoners have.
00:49I'd recommend anyone who wants to go and see a spectacle, a sporting spectacle,
00:55to make their way down there and cheer the people who are putting in the effort.
