00:00Sabah Fire and Rescue Department personnel found the body of a five-year-old autistic boy

00:10who was reported missing from Tamparuli five days ago.

00:14The remains of Mohamed Anik Faiz Mohamed Ashraf were discovered at around 12.20 p.m.,

00:20approximately three kilometers from where he was last seen on April 20.

00:24The department said the water rafting search team spotted the body lodged by the riverbank.

00:30It said prior to the discovery, the personnel had started their operation at 8.35 a.m.,

00:36alongside officials from other agencies.

00:39Medical officers at the scene confirmed that the boy had passed away.

00:44His body has since been handed over to the authorities for further investigation.

00:48The search operation officially ended at 1.15 p.m.,
