01:35trade calls for the number two or number three pick a lot of thought that people want to trade up
01:41not only to either get hunter or travis hunter or abdul carter but people want to jump up there to get
01:47ashton jenty which is a little interesting because most of the draft buzz i've heard is he's going to end
01:51up in the lower top 10 even as awesome as he is because he's a running back but somebody wanted to
01:56jump up and get him at three or even two that seems kind of crazy because i feel like you could do
02:03that if you really wanted him i feel like you could go to like four or five and still get him
02:08um yeah but if there's three teams that want to move up to get them then that pushes everybody to
02:17have to move up farther you see what i mean so say if there's three teams want to move up
02:23and get uh gentry right then that means that they're having these conversations
02:30with with either one or two teams and that's why he goes moves up i mean he's that good
02:39like think about this the last person that's had the production that he has had
02:47in college was barry sanders it's crazy very similar game he might be a little more physical
02:55than barry sanders and so do you think there's a team that's like really low in the first round

04:24it's how they run the football and so to bring in another guy and plug him in the same offense

04:43a physical run game not necessarily a physical running back if i take a physical running back
04:53and plug him into this offense it might look awkward because it's a lot of sideways stuff

08:00watching him throw on the move rolling either left or right he's accurate in those spots he has the arm to
08:04drive the ball and everybody's saying he's got a noodle arm when he has uh when his mechanics and
08:09footwork are sound he can pick apart a defense and while he's not necessarily a major rushing threat
08:13he can keep the chains moving with his legs
08:15mobile and cam ward isn't those things i put him six i mean they're one part they're one spot apart
08:23i think he's really holding on to it he goes i can't leave my shador sanders take right now
08:28i would say this i've seen and i've said this over and over again and it may be because i've seen more
08:37of one over the other but i've seen cam ward with all the highlights you may see of him i've seen him
08:44make on time accurate throws yep and i've seen him do it more than it should do and and that might
08:50have something to do with the fact that i've seen cam more but that's why i would go with cam ward
08:58because i've seen him make a lot of nfl throws that are timed and not necessarily the stuff you see

10:01thing that would upset me during this year's draft is two things you draft somebody who's been banged up
10:10or or or you don't draft the highest rated guy you draft the guy you think you're filling the hole
10:21with because usually you end up overdrafting and and i don't want that i want them if you get to
10:30what pick do they have 13 13 if you get to the 13th pick and the highest rated player on your board
10:37is an offensive lineman win-win right if it's a corner and the next available offensive line is
10:46ranked in the mid-20s no because you have to start getting quality players if you draft quality
10:58players you can get longevity out of them and then they can make an impact on your team there's been
11:04too many guys that they've drafted where when they drafted him to say he is going to be a project

13:17don't have to pay the talent yet but when you have a team that seems to overdraft
13:26that mean reach for players those teams never end up working out
13:33so i don't want to do that i want you to get the guy no matter who you draft
13:40i want them to say after every draft it was going to be within two or three picks of that anyway
13:47right so if they draft 13th and you see the next three best available
13:55i want every pick to end up being one of those best three
13:59i leave a little room for who you like or position or whatever
14:04but if you keep doing that consistently
14:07your team will get better
14:09not if you say oh you know what i really like this guy i'm going to trade all my picks
14:14to move up to three and draft deon jordan
