Elon Musk, Tesla's CEO, announced that he plans to significantly reduce his time commitment to the Trump administration starting next month and to instead dedicate more time to managing his various companies.
This decision follows mounting controversy surrounding Musk's leadership in the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), where he has led efforts to cut federal jobs which has caused ongoing protests and vandalism at Tesla showrooms.
