00:03My name's Karl Moran and Cajeen. I'm the Managing Director and Founder of Scaramanga.
00:07And when did you become a Star Wars fan?
00:09I became a Star Wars fan in 1978 when I saw the original Star Wars film at my local cinema in South London.
00:16And how have you followed the franchise since then?
00:19I've followed it by seeing every single film that's been released, all the series, all the spin-offs and all the cartoon versions as well.
00:27Is anyone else in your family into Star Wars?
00:29Yes, my son Josh, when he was younger, he used to collect the vintage Star Wars figures.
00:34And him and my daughter Ella, when they were younger, we used to go to Comic Con conventions and they used to dress up as Star Wars figures.
00:41How did the Andorra props purchase come about?
00:44So it all came about when we had a phone call from one of our regular props buyers.
00:48She'd been buying from us for the last 10 years.
00:50She said she was working on a film and she wanted some old metal items.
00:55So she sent us the list.
00:56We replied back with a list of what we had along with photos and prices.
01:00And yeah, she placed an order and then she placed another order and another order and another order.
01:07And yeah, 194 items later and almost £9,000 in terms of sales.
01:13Yeah, they placed a huge order with us.
01:16And I believe that's the biggest order you ever had.
01:18Yes, the biggest order by far in terms of quantity of items, 194 and also the values, the biggest order by value as well.
01:26What kind of things did they buy?
01:28A real variety of items, mainly metal items.
01:33Everything ranging from vintage chicken coops to restaurant skimming spoons, bowls, trays, even some old rat traps as well.
01:44So a huge variety of metal items.
01:47And how do you feel about having a role in a Star Wars production?
01:50Really, really excited.
01:51It really is a dream come true.
01:53I was thinking a number of years ago, it would be really great to have Star Wars feature some of our items.
02:01And here we are a handful of years later and they placed a huge, our biggest order ever.
