00:00All right, Noah, very excited about his date with Courtney, and he's actually hung out with her twice.
00:04I know, they met at a friend's party, and then they met up at Craft Street,
00:09and he said that he had her laughing all night, and they had two really, really good dates,
00:13but he was starting to text her, and she's not really responding to him anymore.
00:17Things are going cold on him real quick.
00:19Yeah.
00:19Well, we got good news, though.
00:21We have her on the phone with us.
00:22She's going to come on.
00:23She's going to talk to us.
00:24Let's do it right now.
00:25Courtney, you there?
00:27Yeah, hi.
00:28Hey, Courtney, you just heard us talking about you, and we're talking about this guy, Noah,
00:32that you met at a party and then ended up hanging out with again at Craft Street.
00:36I mean, like we said, things have gone cold for him, and he said that you really connected on a great level,
00:43and you guys were laughing the whole night, but something must have happened where it turned you off
00:47because now you're not really getting back to him, so we want to know what's going on.
00:52Okay.
00:53Well, I will let you be the judge of this one.
00:57Yes.
00:57Like, Noah is, like, super hot.
01:00We had a really great time together at this party, went out on a date, but then it got really weird.
01:08How so?
01:10Well, we started talking.
01:11I have a dog, so, like, I was talking about my dog, and then he's like, oh, I have a pet, too,
01:17and he pulls out a picture, and it's just like, I think they're called alpacas?
01:21It's like this llama sort of thing.
01:25An alpaca.
01:26Absolutely, it's called an alpaca.
01:28Yeah, okay, all right, so you know what they are.
01:29Okay, he's got this, like, pet alpaca named Artie.
01:34That's awesome.
01:37He keeps it on a farm, like, somewhere in, like, Odessa or something, and he goes every day to this farm to visit his pet alpaca and, like, hang out, and they chat, and they eat lunch together.
01:53And I just sat there, like, with my mouth open on this date going, uh-huh, uh-huh, because I have, like, never heard of somebody that has a giant farm animal as a pet.
02:08Well, farmers do.
02:10Well, I mean, okay, great, and they live at a farm, right?
02:14But he lives in the city, and he goes to this farm, and then he goes, yeah, I want to get another one.
02:22And I'm like, wait, what?
02:24He's like, yeah, they're better in packs.
02:26They really like to hang out together, so I'm, like, working to get another one and then to get another place so that I could have alpacas in my backyard, and I'm like, oh, okay, this is getting a little weird.
02:37No, no, no, no, no.
02:38Well, I just, because they're kind of cool, though, aren't they?
02:40I mean, they're like, they're like camels, llamas.
02:42They're little llamas, basically.
02:43Little llamas, yeah.
02:45They spit.
02:46They're, like, really dirty.
02:48All right, all right.
02:49Courtney, I can't believe this.
02:50Like, they don't spit.
02:52That's a stereotype, and Artie is, like, the sweetest, nicest alpaca in the entire world, and I just cannot believe that's the reason you don't want to see me.
03:03I guess I don't need to tell you that Noah's on the phone, Courtney.
03:07Yep, I figured that one out.
03:09Okay, sorry.
03:10This is, like, weird.
03:12This is so weird.
03:13Like, okay.
03:14I don't understand why it's weird.
03:15It's not an animal.
03:16It ain't weird.
03:17I mean, you know, it's not even at my house.
03:19Artie is family.
03:20I mean, you know, I just, you know, went from some rough things, you know.
03:25My dad passed away, but, you know, Artie's always been there for me.
03:28And, you know, just such a sweet, loving animal.
03:30I mean, they even use them, like, at hospitals and for, like, healing purposes and everything.
03:35I mean.
03:35Like therapy animals.
03:37Yeah, so anti-alpaca.
03:39I don't know why.
03:40I mean, to me, it's just crazy.
03:42Artie's the best.
03:43People have dogs or cats.
03:46That's a pet.
03:47This is, like, a lifestyle.
03:48This is, like, a giant South American farm animal, and you want more of them.
03:54I don't know where I would fit.
03:56Yeah.
03:56I mean, Artie's at a farm, and he needs a companion, you know.
04:00I mean.
04:01I guess my thing is, you know, Courtney, it may be unusual.
04:04Like, not everybody has an alpaca.
04:05But the fact is, he doesn't live with this alpaca.
04:08It's at a farm.
04:09I don't understand why it affects you so much.
04:12I don't even know how, like, a woman would fit in his life.
04:15He spends all his time with this furry giant thing.
04:19I can't even.
04:20That's just crazy.
04:22It's weird.
04:22It just sounds like you're alpaca jealous.
04:24I don't know.
04:25Oh, okay.
04:26Artie is just very sweet and nice and didn't do anything, you know.
04:30And I don't know why you'd just be against him.
04:33I mean, that's me.
04:34Courtney, I'm alpaca jealous.
04:36Well, I want to jump in right here.
04:37I just feel like, Courtney, this is silly a little bit.
04:39I mean, come on.
04:40It's not.
04:40I understand that it may not be your thing, but he's not trying to make it your thing.
04:45It's his thing.
04:46So what does it have to do with you hanging out with him again?
04:48I mean, you're not going to go to the alpaca farm.
04:50I mean, that's apparently you don't want to.
04:51I feel like he would try to make me.
04:54Also, like, if the state goes anywhere, which is sort of what you're hoping for, did he think
05:01I was going to somehow live on an alpaca farm and, like, become an alpaca farm?
05:07I'd like, no.
05:08I'm not.
05:08I'm not going to become a breeder.
05:10No.
05:11No.
05:12I don't really want to date that bad.
05:14It's not like it's snakes or, like, a pet alligator.
05:18I mean, it's an alpaca.
05:20Pet alligator.
05:21They're kind of goofy looking.
05:24No.
05:25I'll take a pet that I can cuddle with.
05:27No.
05:28I think you can cuddle with alpacas.
05:30No.
05:31Yeah.
05:31They're soft.
05:32We're a real alpaca show.
05:34Apparently.
05:36Courtney, is this going to be a deal breaker for you, though?
05:38I mean, come on.
05:39I think so.
05:40Oh, yeah.
05:40No.
05:41It's a deal breaker for sure.
05:42Wow.
05:42Well, I think it's awesome, Noah, that you've got, well, first of all, that your name's
05:47with Noah, and you've got these animals.
05:50Oh, my gosh.
05:50I didn't think of that.
05:51I think it's just great.
05:52I didn't think of that one.
05:53You're right.
05:54I think that's awesome.
05:55And second of all, do your thing, man.
05:58Artie sounds cool, and I think that's great, and I hope you do get more.
06:02But don't let Courtney ruin that for you.
06:04It's just not her thing, okay?
06:05I'm sure there's a girl out there that likes alpacas.
06:08For sure.
06:09All right.
06:09Well, thank you, guys.
06:10You got it.
06:10Courtney, thank you for your time today.
06:12Yeah, thank you.
06:13All right.
06:14Bye-bye.
06:14I mean, of all the dumb things to be upset about, an alpaca, really?
06:20Yeah, I guess, but it's, I mean, until she said it at the end, she's like, this man wants
06:25to live on a farm.
06:26He wants to have more of these, and she's like, that's just not the person I want to be.
06:30I don't see anybody backing her up right now, but I want to hear it.
