01:30Ever since the COVID thing happened, it seems like it's gotten worse and worse.

01:36DMV is saying they had 93,000 appointments were made.

01:47So that means 40-some-odd thousand appointments were not shown up for.
01:52That is so annoying.
01:52Which is so obnoxious.
01:53Because it's taking it away from the people that actually need to go.
01:56And it's a week's long wait, and they turn away people at the door saying, we already
02:00have, we're booked up appointments-wise.
02:02But then they don't show, so they're just sitting there twiddling their thumbs.
