00:12It's time now to close your eyes and turn your attention inward.
00:16Take a deep breath in through your nose, hold for a brief pause, then slowly release your breath.
00:24Continue to breathe evenly with eyes closed until you feel calm and centered.
00:28Then open your eyes and connect with the cards.
00:32Choose the one you feel most drawn to, or perhaps two cards, for deeper understanding.
