00:05What are a few of the goals that are on your mirror?

00:08My mirror? My number one goal is to help my people reach their dreams and goals.

00:12Like I wake up every morning and I feel like I've gotten an opportunity to live a dream, right?

00:18To get to be a head coach at Oregon at a place like this is so special.

00:21Now my goal is to try to help other people recreate theirs, right?

00:25And get that opportunity. So that's certainly up there.

00:27You know, there's a couple other goals. I want to grow my three boys into men, right?

00:31Caden, Niles, and Titan, you know, every day teaching what it means to be a championship father, championship husband, how to operate.

00:38You know, that's a goal.

00:39You know, I want to leave here as the winningest coach in Oregon football history, right?

00:42Mike Blotty has 116 wins. I got a lot of work to do, right?

00:46So there's a lot of goals up there and they change.

00:49But that one at the top never changes. That's staying the same.
