00:15WWE is announcing the acquisition of Mexican Lucha Libre promotion AAA.

00:22The acquisition is in partnership with Mexico-based sports and entertainment holding company, Filipe.

00:33Joining me here tonight, Dorian Roldan-Pena, AAA's general manager.

00:39Alberto Faschuk-Cohen, the Filipe chairman.

00:43Maricela Pena-Jarada, the AAA president.
