10:09she and the others were the first on scene but because of some communication issue or fear of
10:13being outgunned they failed to engage the shooter and by the time backup arrived six students and a
10:17teacher were dead huge protests followed lawsuits so today wasn't a coincidence those cops were
10:23targeted we need to find out by who and why now let's get a list of the parents and teachers and
10:28anyone else involved in that lawsuit potential suspects roger that you know we should also put
10:32patrol units at the homes of any of the officers that were there that day the feeling our shooter

18:06rising star worked six years before his career spiraled after the de la costa school shooting
18:11cameras along the farmer's market caught his image as honda was chasing him
18:14they confirmed his id he also owns an older bronco so fournier was the primary officer on scene at
18:20the school when the attack began which means it was his decision not to engage the shooter
18:23says after a second internal audit he was finally let go last week so that explains the why now
18:29so far he's the only officer to lose their job from the whole fiasco
18:33according to his initial statement fournier reported to his supervisor that he saw the gunman
18:37enter the high school then why didn't any of them engage because fournier said he didn't hear back
18:41of course the supervisor olinchalk refuted it throwing fournier under the bus
18:47so fournier gets fired vents his revenge by shooting his partner rivera and olinchalk
18:53and then phillips for naming him in a lawsuit i'm going down a list of grievances and anybody could be
18:57next i had a patrol unit outside fournier's house when i thought he could be the next target i'll warn
