00:00And I don't know what you think about this, Shane, but we know the Trump administration used the Wartime Alien Enemies Act to deport these migrants.
00:11But some U.S. judges are continuing to threaten legal action against the U.S. government.
00:17Yeah, completely. And, you know, the Supreme Court has weighed in on this.
00:20And usually you consider the Supreme Court to be sort of on Trump's side on everything.
00:25But, you know, this shows that, you know, they do kind of make independent decisions.
00:29But I think, yeah, I was just reading on Reuters again just before we came on air.
00:34And it was showing that the Trump administration was appealing efforts by some judges to investigate whether government officials had defied their rulings.
00:42Which I think that does seem to be the case because it has been said that this was, like, I think an administrative error, I think is how they class it.
00:51Which, you know, that's, you know, administrative error is, you know, the staple of gone missing or something.
00:55But this is, you know, somebody's life that you've got in their hands.
00:59And also, you know, I think it's very tragic to watch that clip, you know, of that mother.
01:03But I think what would have been a lot more damning is if they'd had evidence to back up their claim that he was part of a gang.
01:09Which doesn't seem to, you know, I was Googling a lot of that and I couldn't really find, you know, if they've raised any kind of evidence on that.
01:16So I think it just doesn't make the whole effort credible.
01:19But unfortunately, this guy has become the poster boy for the immigration effort in the U.S.
01:24So, let's go, guys.
