00:20After the wonderful meeting we had yesterday in Washington
00:24in which we've been discussing many topics many others we will discuss today
00:28In any case Italy and the United States are committed to enhance their strong cooperation
00:34We think Italy can be a reliable and a serious partner in Europe
00:40in the Mediterranean area
00:42And so we are proud to have this special relation with the US and with this administration
00:48We have a couple of important issues to discuss today
00:52I want to update the Prime Minister on some of the negotiations between Russia, Ukraine
00:56And also some of the things that have happened even in the past 24 hours
01:00We think we have some interesting things to report on
01:02Of course in private
01:04So the negotiations I won't prejudge them
01:06But we do feel optimistic that we can hopefully bring this war
01:08This very brutal war to a close
01:10I also of course want to talk to the Prime Minister
01:12About some of the economic relationships
01:14Very important between Italy and the United States
01:16But of course we're having some big trade negotiations
01:18Between not just Italy and the United States
01:20But the whole European Union
01:22We talked a great deal about that yesterday with the President
01:24And we'll follow up on those conversations today
01:26But most of all just thrilled to be in the presence of a dear friend
01:28In a beautiful place with great people
