00:0092.9 we look for Friday the 18th of April. I'm Brad, here's Pete, and the report is presented by Bojangles.
00:07I have a side gig as a radio disc jockey on our sister station, 104.5 The River,
00:12and we're going to be at Bojangles Saturday from 11 to 1, and we're giving away free coffee over near Dexter on Germantown Parkway.
00:20So the Germantown Parkway, the brand new Bojangles, will have the Southern Biscuits, and we'll have the free coffee.
00:25Join me 11 to 1, coming up Saturday, that's tomorrow.
00:28So three things this morning on the 92.9 look.
00:32First, P.J. Haggerty is testing the NBA draft and entering the transfer portal,
00:37which means Memphis is going to lose their $2.5, $3 million player, All-American,
00:42because of not probably having $3 or $4 million just laying around to get a roster together.
00:47So talking about that, they got another player, though, probably going to pay him, a kid from South Carolina, a new wing,
00:54Zachary Davis, and we had him on the show yesterday on Jason and John.
00:59You can hear the interview at 92.9 ESPN.com or the Odyssey app.
01:03Second thing is Lee Corso is going to be done with game day, an icon in college football,
01:09and the most iconic Memphis moment was probably in 19 when he put the Tiger head on.
01:12And then the third thing is tonight is the Grizzlies game.
01:15It's win or go home.
01:16So they play and host at 8.30 tonight at FedEx Forum, the Dallas Mavericks,
01:22in the final play-in game to get into the playoffs and play the Oklahoma City Thunder, fingers crossed.
01:27That's tonight.
01:27We'll cover it all today, and we'll also talk about the Grizzlies with Anthony Singh from Bluff City Media
01:32today on the Jason and John Show at 11.30.
01:34Join us on the Odyssey app or ask your smart speakers to play 92.9 ESPN.
01:38Amen.
