Initial interrogation revealed that they had been having an affair for the last few months. When the husband came to know about it, they decided to murder him. They planned to kill him and show it as a death by snakebite... They bought a snake for Rs. 1000. They smothered the husband during the night and left the snake near his cot and got it removed with the help of a snake charmer..."
