LOLA and Henrik have a rather obscure relationship dynamic. Lola told Love Don't Judge: "I love being his [Henrik's] puppy." Discussing her love for puppy play, she added: "Ever since I was little, I've had a connection to the whole dog/wolf thing. Once I turned 18, I got to research different things. I was like 'oh, this puppy play thing, that is rad as hell', and ever since I've been super attached to it." Recalling when Lola first opened up to Henrik about her love for puppy play he added: "Honestly, I wasn't surprised, she kind of does act like a dog most of the time." The arrangement means Henrik will play fetch with Lola, as well as serving her food and water in dog bowls. Today, the couple will be revealing their passion for pup play to their friend, Riley. Takenback, he admitted: "I cannot fathom just the idea of it."

00:00I'm Henrich, this is my partner Lola, and she dresses up as a puppy.
00:04Puppy play is really like an all the time thing for us.
00:06Some friends will be like, why would you do that? That's really weird.
00:10I get creepy comments that disgust me, but I'm not disgusted with who I am.
00:15Riley's both of our friends, and we thought it would just be about time to invite him over
00:21and show him the whole puppy play thing.
00:24Me and Henrich's relationship, obviously I know that I'm also a human,
00:28but I'm also his dog.
00:31Like, woof woof, take to the park dog.
00:36I cannot fathom, which is the idea of it.
00:42I'm Lola, and this is my partner Henrich, and I love being his puppy.
00:46We first met at a little cafe together that we both worked at.
00:50I was always kind of a puppy, and he knew about that before we started dating,
00:54but it did take me a while to kind of properly open up to him with it.
00:58So, right now, Henrich's making me some food in my dog bowl,
01:03and putting some water in there so that I can have a drink and have a little snack.
01:08Ever since I was kind of little, I've had a connection to the whole dog or wolf thing.
01:16Like, when we'd play house as kids, someone would be the mum, someone would be the dad, and I'd be the dog.
01:20But then, once I turned 18 and I got to research into some different things,
01:24I was like, oh, this puppy play thing, that kind of is rad as hell.
01:28Maybe I'll try that.
01:29And then, ever since, I've been super, like, attached to it.
01:32First time Lola ever asked me about it, I was a bit like, oh yeah, sure, we can try that.
01:36It was very nerve-wracking to ask him.
01:38Honestly, wasn't very surprised.
01:40She kind of just does act like a dog a lot of the time.
01:45You're not wrong.
01:46Puppy play is really, like, an all-the-time thing for us.
01:48It just kind of works into every single part of our relationship.
01:51So, sometimes, he'll just be, like, giving me head scratches,
01:54and I'll, like, nuzzle into his chest, or, like, he'll say that I did a really good job at something,
01:59and it'll just make me, like, you know, really happy.
02:02Sometimes, he'll be like, oh, sit, or do this, or here's your bowl, and eat out of that.
02:06This is my water bowl, and this one's my food bowl, and this is my cute little dog bed.
02:12I like to sit on it when he's cooking up there and doing stuff.
02:18It's just, like, a nice place to, like, chill out, be on my phone, or chewing on my toys.
02:23But it's not really comfortable enough to sleep on at night time.
02:27I do sleep on a regular old human bed.
02:30I've always been an incredibly anxious person ever since I was a little kid.
02:33To be able to dog out for a while and just, like, relax while he takes care of other things means that it's really, like, let's go of human worries.
02:44Riley's both of our friends, and we thought it would just be about time to invite him over and show him the whole puppy play thing.
02:52Most of my other friends know about it, so we thought he might as well know about it, too.
02:57I think he'd be like, oh, yeah, that's interesting, and then have, like, a confused look on his face.
03:03I think it's a bit out of left field for him.
03:06My name is Riley. I'm friends with Henrik and Lola.
03:08I think they're a really cute couple.
03:10Don't know why they want me here today, but I'm interested to find out.
03:14Here we go.
03:15Hello.
03:16How it do? How it do?
03:17Pretty good, you?
03:18Yeah, not bad.
03:19Why did you bring me here again?
03:20Oh, you know, I just had something to tell you.
03:23Hey, Riley.
03:24What?
03:25How are you doing?
03:27As you can see, there is some dog things around, and there's no dog around.
03:33So, um, what we're here to tell you today is, um, I'm the dog.
03:43You're the dog?
03:45Yeah.
03:46Like, in me and Henrik's relationship, obviously, I know that I'm also a human, but I'm also his dog.
03:56Like, woof, woof, take to the park dog.
04:01So, we don't really go to the park, per se.
04:03It's not really, like, a in public thing most of the time.
04:07Right.
04:08But, like, uh, kind of like a de-stressing in our own home thing.
04:15I'm so confused.
04:16That is very fair.
04:17The gist of it is just kind of, like, getting out of the stresses of human life and just being able to, like, kind of, like, escape it into, like, a world of being, like,
04:30a dog.
04:31I'm very much struggling to comprehend.
04:33So, instead of sitting in my bed worrying about life, I go, hey Henrik, could I dog out for a while?
04:40And then I don't have to do anything or think about anything for a while.
04:45So, do you want to maybe, like, sit down at the table and chat about it for a bit?
04:48Sure.
04:49Point.
04:50Have you eaten dog food?
04:54No.
04:55I don't, I don't eat dog food.
04:57I do eat from a dog bowl sometimes.
04:59Okay.
05:00So, like, imagine, like, Henrik preparing, like, regular food.
05:02Like, that type of spaghetti bolognese?
05:03Yup.
05:04And then I eat it out of the dog bowl instead of, like, from a regular bowl.
05:08Since what are you too messy?
05:10Yeah.
05:11It is quite messy.
05:12Yeah.
05:13Who else knows about this?
05:15So, my family know.
05:20Right.
05:21That was a whole thing.
05:23I've told my family about the puppy play.
05:27Um, and it took them a bit to really get it because it doesn't make a lot of sense to
05:33a lot of people in their mind.
05:34Like, why would you want to just pretend to be this for a while for stress relief?
05:38But eventually they came around to it as they do with a lot of my stuff.
05:41Some friends will be like, yeah, that's the coolest thing ever.
05:43I wish I had the guts to do that.
05:45And then I'll have other friends like, why would you do that?
05:48That's really weird.
05:49Why don't you just, like, be normal?
05:51My parents don't know about it because they just wouldn't be able to accept it.
05:56So, yeah, couldn't tell them.
05:58That would not end well.
05:59Given how long it took for you to tell your parents about the relationship in the first
06:04place, I assume they don't know about this.
06:07Not at all.
06:08Uh, they never will.
06:10Right.
06:11That won't end well.
06:13It does get, like, a little annoying sometimes trying to hide it from them.
06:19What does your doll think of it?
06:21I think she thinks it's funny.
06:23Um, she seems to just, like, get a little confused sometimes.
06:27Would you ever try something like this?
06:29Like, let's say your partner came to you wanting to do this.
06:32I cannot fathom me.
06:36Which is the idea of it.
06:38Like, it's one of those things that I just can't even pick up.
06:41Today's been weird.
06:44I can imagine.
06:45I'm usually a very big talker, but I've got nothing.
06:49I'm pretty glad this is done.
06:52Yup.
06:53It's very scary, but I really appreciate you coming and, like, listening to it without freaking out.
06:58Thank you for coming.
06:59That's alright.
07:00Thank you for understanding it all.
07:02To an extent.
07:03Yeah.
07:04But, you know, it's better than most people.
07:07Yeah.
07:08And thanks for listening.
07:09That's alright.
07:10Yeah, we appreciate it.
07:11See ya!
07:12So here I have my tail.
07:19This is the one I use most of the time.
07:21I just attach it on the back of shorts like that.
07:25And then tuck my little shirt over it so you can't see the clip-on part of it.
07:31So this is the tail I use other times.
07:33The thing that's great about this one is that when I put it on, it just has a lot of, like, movement to it, which is kind of fun.
07:38And then also especially when I'm using this one and going to, like, puppy events, I'll use this hood because I don't always want people to know my identity or who I am.
07:51Then these are great because obviously dogs don't have opposable thumbs.
07:56So my step-mom actually made these for me, which was really freaking sweet of her.
08:01And then here's some of my leashes.
08:03I've been making content for eight months now.
08:06The Puppy Play community itself is pretty big.
08:10I don't have any problems with Lola making the content.
08:12We both do it together.
08:13It's a thing we sort of bond over a bit.
08:15With the type of content that I make online, I do have a, like, pretty respectful community.
08:21But you always have the odd creep or two who kind of ruins it.
08:26Sometimes I'll get stuff like,
08:28Oh, I love you. I love you so much. Could you be mine? I want you to be my dog or my lover forever.
08:34They're usually middle-aged men, um, that are really disrespectful.
08:40And I've already found, like, my owner and someone who's, like, perfect for me.
08:45I get creepy comments that disgust me, but I'm not disgusted with who I am.
08:51And I still want to be able to create the community that I do create.
08:55At times, it makes me feel a bit, like, annoyed with them that they always harass her.
09:01And, like, why?
09:02But at the same time, we do talk through it a lot.
09:04And then sometimes we just joke about it.
09:06I don't personally always go out of my gear because it makes me nervous.
09:08But whenever I go to, like, pup-themed events, I definitely wear the full get-up.
09:12And I have gotten some weird looks.
09:15There was one time we were just walking around the shopping center.
09:19And some kids just walked past us.
09:21And, like, ten meters after they all passed us, they just turned around and barfed at us.
09:25It was pretty weird.
09:26It definitely does make me a little bit more apprehensive.
09:29But it doesn't stop me.
09:30I feel like Henrik's had a really big impact on my life.
09:34He's made me accept even more of myself than, like, all my different weirdness and intricacies.
09:42You've also just, like, brought a lot of just, like, joy into my life.
09:46And, like, just someone I can always come to for, like, anything.
09:49At the same time as he is my partner and we are, like, very much equals in the relationship,
09:53he's still, like, my owner in a sense.
09:57Like, I'm the dog and he's that to me.
10:00And especially when I'm going into, like, full pup space, it's, like, a chance for him to take control of certain things.
10:06For people who judge our relationship, I just want to tell them that I'm just being silly and having a fun time.
10:15Like, I'm just doing this to better my mental health and to live my life how I want.
10:19It doesn't affect you that we are doing this.
10:23So just live your life and we'll live our life.
10:27so think about the future of life.
10:37If we go back to your browser and we can change all the way up and take happiness you have here, we will do the same thing.
