Filming "Yellowstone" in Montana is no joke. The cast goes through cowboy camp, they deal with the harsh seasons that come with the state, and they do a great job of showing off Montana’s beauty through the ranching scenes. Now, we’re seeing a whole new side of ranching as Rip and some of the bunkhouse moved to Texas with the herd. That meant production moved to Texas too, and Cole Hauser and Kelly Reilly told me about the challenges that came with filming in this new environment.

00:31I only did a few days in Texas, but we're filming on the Four Sixes Ranch out near Guthrie.

00:39And it was just this expansive land.
00:42You feel like you're in the savannah of Africa.
00:45Yeah, you can't even keep weight on either.
00:47I mean, everybody lost weight on there.
00:48We were riding and chasing cows.
00:50Just sweating.
00:51Really, yeah.
00:52I mean, you're just every day trying to drink as much water as you can and sell tablets.
00:56Yeah, definitely.
00:57But very cool, though, to be out there in Four Sixes.
