“It’s not one-day affair” Union Minister Hardeep Singh on relationship between India & Russia

New Delhi, April 16, 2025 (ANI): On exploration and production of crude oil, Union Minister for Petroleum and Natural Gas Hardeep Singh Puri on April 16 said that it is not a one-day affair.  Addressing press conference, he said, "If you look at exploration and production, it's not a one-day affair. It's a long way between Russia and India. In one area, we have 13 billion dollars of investment and in other direction, we have 16 billion dollars of investment. There's already Indian investment in different places in Russia. Some are ongoing producing assets; some are investments where the production is to start. Russia has acquired assets here...Perhaps the bilateral front between India and Russia on the investment front has been significant, somewhat overtaken by other preoccupations in terms of oil supply..."
