00:00So, Michael, let's start with a lot's gone on this weekend when it comes to tariffs, and no surprise there.
00:08But is Trump's smartphone and electronics olive branch significant to the trade war retreat, do you think?
00:17I don't think so, because this is just the first, or should I say the tenth shoe to drop, and we know there's going to be more.
00:27He's already said that there'll be more in the next coming days.
00:30I'm more concerned about the messages that this sends to the market, as we've talked about on the show many times.
00:37The market needs stability.
00:39They need to know what's going to be happening.
00:42Companies, even American investors in America, need to know what's happening in the next six months or the next three years.
00:49They need to be able to look at something that's slightly predictable, and they're not getting that.
00:55Because every day, President Trump or some various member of his team comes out and says something that sends the markets either up or down.
01:04And this is not significant, because we know that there'll be something else that's going to happen tomorrow.
