00:22But frankly, if the Lib Dems were to take control of Devon County Council, it would be even woker than it's been under the Conservatives.
00:30So look, I think this is going to be really, really interesting.

00:34Many of those seats that the Conservatives have held here consistently over the last 20 years, their vote share is going to be significantly down.
00:44The Lib Dem vote share in those areas is going to be up.
00:49And therefore, for us to come through the middle and to win those seats, you'd be surprised.
00:55There'll be a lot of seats in this County Council, one with 30, 31, 32% of the vote.
