Amid ongoing bin strikes in Birmingham, should bin collections be nationalised?

00:00Yeah, I think it should be given back, go back to the way it used to be, you know, where the government, it was just a standard way of collecting your bins, everybody's got them done every week.

00:13It's like we've had all the defects in the UK, doctors, hospitals, trains, buses, what's the next, taxis? You know, it's ridiculous. I really don't get it. I really don't.
00:27I can understand why they're striking, to be quite fair, pay and things like that, but I don't think, I think something, I don't know if it's unions or whatever it is, should get the rats together because that rat situation in Birmingham, it's disgusting.
00:41You know, there's children, they're getting in the house, it should not be allowed. Is that the government's fault or is that the union's fault or the workers?
00:48They shouldn't be going on strike if they've got a job to do, making the, you know, Birmingham, what, presentable? They're not doing it. Why go on strike?
