00:00If you are looking for a place that truly takes your breath away, then let me take you
00:05to the special spot in Northern Pakistan, a place that made my summer journey unforgettable.
00:11Nestled high above the charming Hunza Valley and the town of Karimabad lies the incredible
00:17Eagle's Nest Viewpoint, a hidden gem that offers views you will carry in your heart forever.
00:23Getting to Eagle's Nest Viewpoint is an adventure in itself. You can either take
00:28a 30-minute dramatic drive or enjoy a challenging but rewarding two-hour hike from the village of
00:34Karimabad. Whichever path you choose, the experience is worth every step or mile. As you rise higher,
00:41the valley below starts to open up like a painting and you feel as if you are slowly climbing into
00:47the sky. They call it Eagle's Nest for a reason because from this point you feel just like an
00:53eagle soaring high above the world, with the entire Hunza Valley stretching beneath you.
00:58On a clear day, you can witness the grandeur of 11 stunning peaks, each standing tall between
01:046,000 to 7,000 meters. I was extremely lucky enough to visit on a fairly clear day, though I could not
01:11name all the peaks. The snow-covered giants left me speechless. Their majestic beauty captures your
01:16eyes and your thoughts, like nature is whispering something powerful and peaceful at the same time.
01:23The viewpoint is located in Duikar, a small village famous for its 360-degree panoramic views.
01:29Some of the most iconic mountains of the Karakaram Ridge can be seen from here, including Raka Poshi,
01:35Ultarsar, and the uniquely shaped Ladyfinger Peak. Sunrises and sunsets here are something straight
01:42out of a dream. The sky slowly turns into a mix of soft pink gold and orange, bathing the snow-capped
01:48peaks in warm light. If you are a fan of peaceful morning or dramatic evening sky, this place is a
01:55must-visit. Duikar is not just about the views. The surrounding area is perfect for hiking and
02:01trekking, giving travelers a chance to explore untouched nature and truly disconnect from the
02:07city life. For those who love to learn, it's one place. It's also a place to connect with the warm and
02:13welcoming local people of Hunza. Their lifestyle, culture, and stories make the visit even more
02:19meaningful. Whether you are carrying a camera or just a phone, photographers and nature lovers flock
02:25to Eagle's Nest for a reason. The shifting light, the mountain shadows, and the clouds waving between
02:30the peaks make every moment photo-worthy. The nearby village offers simple yet cozy guesthouses
02:38where you can stay overnight. Imagine sitting on a wooden balcony, sipping hot tea, eating local food,
02:44and gazing at snow-covered mountains. It's a pure peace. Duikar is just a short ride from Krimabad,
02:50the heart of Hunza Valley, and many travelers stop here as part of their northern journey.
02:55As beautiful as this place is, it comes with a responsibility. Sadly, places like Kauai waterfall
03:01in showgrounds are being damaged by trash and careless behavior. Let's not let the same happen
03:07to Duikar. Treat it like your own home, just like the locals do. Take your trash with you, respect the
03:13environment, and help preserve the natural beauty for the generation to come. Moreover, the cool breeze,
03:19calm silence, and the snowy mountains surrounding Eagle's Nest leave behind more than memories. They
03:26leave behind a peaceful feeling that stays with you long after you have gone. This is a place to sit
03:32quietly, breathe deeply, and let nature wash over you. If you are someone who travels abroad but has not
03:40explored your own country, you are truly missing out. The magic of Pakistan northern area is unmatched,
03:46and Duikar Eagle's Nest viewpoint is one of its brightest jewels. So, pack your bags, bring your camera,
03:52and hat to a place where the sky feels closer. The mountain feels alive, and your heart feels full
03:58of calmness. If you liked this video, please comment, share, and subscribe.
04:33Do you think you would like to ask for a few minutes?
04:36This happening?
04:36Amen.
04:37Thanks again.
04:40I'm pretty much more comfortable with you.
