00:32So people will be rushed to come to some sort of an agreement.
00:37So you may get some agreements, but this is really an uphill battle.
00:43And again, it's bad in terms of stability.
00:48It's bad in terms of how the U.S. is viewed.
00:51You know, it undermines, it totally undermines the rules-based trading system that was created
00:58essentially after the Second World War by the United States and has served the United States well.
01:05So this is in terms of long-term standing for the U.S. not good news.
