"My fiancée and I met on a dating app back in 2022," Jhon told WooGlobe. "Our families planned a trip to Boracay in the Philippines for February 2025.
"The initial plan was to propose while parasailing. However, the weather was not good, making it unsafe for that activity. So, we settled on paraw sailing instead.
"I insisted my fiancée go down first so I could talk to the staff and share my proposal plan. They were incredibly helpful and even insisted on holding the ring for me."
