Envoyés en mission dans une zone à haut risque en Libye, Ryder et son un groupe de mercenaires, les "Hounds of War", spécialisés dans les opérations périlleuses, tombent dans un piège, à la suite d'une trahison. Lorsque l'un des leurs est tué dans l'embuscade, les survivants se lancent alors dans une quête de vengeance, bien décidés à découvrir qui les a trahis et, surtout, à faire payer les responsables...
