00:56Eat a bowl full of curd or a glass of buttermilk every day,
01:01maybe for breakfast or lunch.
01:03Curd has useful bacteria and lactic acid,
01:06which creates a healthy environment in your vagina.
01:09Soak a tablespoon of coriander seed overnight
01:13and drink this with water in the morning on an empty stomach.
01:17Coriander seeds have antioxidants that kill microbes.
01:21Drink coconut water daily and use coconut oil in your cooking.
01:27Coconut is soothing for your system and has antibacterial property.
01:32Bindi or okra is also good because it removes mucus from the system.
01:37Boil a handful of lady's finger or okra in 2 cups of water,
01:42till water is reduced to half and drink this water before breakfast.
01:46Fill a tub with warm water when you go for your bath and add a few drops of neem oil in it.
01:53Sit in the tub for 5-6 minutes and practice Ashwini Mudra by contracting and relaxing your anal and vaginal muscles.
