00:00Riyad, actually, the U.S. and Iran are due to hold the first talks in years,
00:05and that's coming on Saturday, to try to reach a new deal over Iran's nuclear program.

00:15How vital are these discussions right now for the region?
00:19It's vital for everything in the region.
00:21Iran has got its hands in every single problem in the region,
00:25whether it is in Yemen or Syria or Iraq or Lebanon. Iran is everywhere.
00:31So for a long time, the Arab Gulf countries have been telling or pushing the international community,
00:41the U.S., the Europeans, to include Iran's actions in the region,
00:45in addition to Iran's nuclear program, on the table for the discussions,
00:51to bring an end for Iran's behavior in the region.
00:55These talks, and everybody is looking forward,
00:58that these talks will not just be about the nuclear program,
01:02but will also take into consideration Iran's proxies.
01:09Because if that issue is resolved, then we're going to see a big change situation in Yemen,
01:15in Lebanon, in Iraq.
01:18There's a whole lot of change with more stability in the region.
