“Congress did not do anything…” Piyush Goyal slams Congress over Tahawwur Rana’s extradition

Mumbai, April 10 2025 (ANI): Union Minister of Commerce & Industry Piyush Goyal slammed Congress government over terrorist Tahawwur Hussain Rana. He blamed the congress government for giving biryanis to jailed terrorists. On the extradition of 26/11 accused Tahawwur Rana, he said, “We are proud of Modi ji to resolve to ensure that people who harm our country are severely punished…”Addressing Media, he said, "During Congress government, terrorists attacked this very hotel (Taj Palace) where we are present. People died here. But Congress did not do anything to punish the terrorists... It was PM Narendra Modi's resolve to ensure that people who harm our country are severely punished... The accused of the 26/11 Mumbai attacks will finally be punished in India as per our laws... Shiv Sena UBT and Sanjay Raut are more involved in appeasement than the Congress..."
