Man Falls After Scaffolding and Ladder Collapse

The man was on a scaffolding with a ladder placed on it, but it was unstable. As a result, both the scaffolding and the ladder slipped, causing the man to fall on his left side. Unfortunately, he broke his wrist and sustained a bone tear.
