Public toilets at one of Tenby’s most used car parks are to close for the time being, due to vandalism occuring this week, two nights on the trot.
Pembrokeshire County Council stated today (Wednesday, April 9) that the public conveniences at the North Beach car park (Butts Field) were closed at 5pm for the rest of this week following two nights of vandalism.
A spokesperson for the Local Authority stated: “Over the last two nights a dozen toilet roll holders have been removed and damaged.
“Acts of vandalism are unacceptable and the incidents have been reported to police.
The County Council added that the toilets will reopen as normal from Saturday, April 12 (open until 8pm).
