00:00Helmet on Captain Hamish McKee. Hamish, how's the pre-season look? Are the Hawks going to be as strong as ever?

00:05Yeah, we should be strong as ever. We don't really have any excuse. The team's looked really strong.

00:11We've maybe lost a couple of guys. Cassius and Bea, a couple of boys have gone over to play for the Wild Flies.

00:17But our team, strong as ever. Training's been really good. And as we start to break up into our teams,

00:23you can really start to see there's no excuse for it to go far.

00:25Do you have any new faces on the scene that people can look out for?

00:28Yeah, well, Ethan Morgan, who you spoke about goingly, he's no secret he's a bit of a weapon.

00:34So, yeah, very excited to see him run around in the local comp for sure.

00:38You guys are playing your best footy at the end of last year, another season under Marty Berry.

00:42Can we expect the same exciting sort of edge-to-edge brand?

00:46Yes, definitely. Yeah, yeah. Marty's drills and Marty's theses are all surrounded around that.

00:53And I don't think, yeah, there's definitely no shying away from it. We just dive into it headfirst.

00:56As a fullback, you've got a smile on your face. You're going to do plenty of running, but there could be plenty of opportunities to score for us.

01:02Yeah, love it. I'm encouraged to sort of sniff in behind those big boys that don't mind a little bit of an offload and are encouraged to do so.

01:10So, yeah, fun for me.

01:11And who's the team to beat this year?

01:14Looking hard to go against the Greens boys, I suppose.

01:17The Greens, yeah, they've probably been the team to beat for, you know, years now. I mean, on top of Mayland, obviously, of course, but, yeah.

01:29An exciting season for you guys with the new clubhouse. Is that going to add another element to a day at Passmore Oval?

01:34Big time, yeah. It'll add an element to the day. I think it'll probably add an element to a few of our nights as well, which, yeah, we've probably lacked a little bit in the past.
