A faulty radio antenna has been identified as a key factor in a deadly mid-air helicopter collision on the Gold Coast two years ago. Four people died and nine more injured in the accident near Sea World in January 2023. The Australian Transport Safety Bureau has handed down its final report which also highlighted a communication breakdown between the pilots and operational issues.
