基隆市公車漏油 2騎士摔傷

基隆市今天上午7點左右，1輛低底盤公車經過義一路富狗橋時，底盤不慎撞到橋面導致漏油，從義一路一直到信二路基隆女中約2公里都是有油漬，先後2名騎士摔車。
