01:31Atty. Lambino falsely claimed that the Supreme Court had issued a TRO against the arrest of former President Rodrigo Roa Duterte.
01:39This misinformation caused public confusion and misled the people about the Supreme Court's actions.
01:46Ayon kay Lambino, hindi pa niya natatanggap ang show cause order na kanyaan niyang sasagutin.
01:52Pero ngayon pa lang, nilinaw niyang wala siyang intensyong magpakalat ng peking balita at maling impormasyon.
01:59Samantala, naghahain ang kampo ni Kitty Duterte ng mosyon para magtakdana ng oral arguments para sa hiling niya at ng mga kuya na ibalik sa bansa at iharap sa kanila ang aba.
02:11Dapat madiscuss ito sa oral arguments para masuri ng mabuti ng Supreme Court.
02:18The counter-argument is the petitions are moot because the President is no longer in the government's custody.
02:24Our counter to that is that's the very illegal act that we're questioning.
02:29It cannot be the very same justification for the Supreme Court not to intervene in this case.
02:35This was included in the Supreme Court's agenda but it is still for deliberation.
02:38So we will have to wait for the court's action.
