00:56It also cites a Supreme Court ruling that defines discrimination against women, gender-based
01:00harassment, and labeling as election-related offenses.
01:04Unabia says he was quoted out of context and was merely raising awareness about local safety
01:09concerns.
01:10Meantime, a video clip of aspiring Camarines Oriental Governor El Rey Villafuerte's sexually
01:14suggestive pickup lines resurfaces.
01:17Villafuerte defended his pickup lines, saying it had been a longstanding practice since
