00:12So the small things that we can handle well are made big, as if war is going to happen.

00:19Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim hit out at those politicizing the impending relocation of a Hindu temple in Kuala Lumpur,

00:26as well as the recent scuffle between Kuala Lumpur City Hall enforcement officers and a balloon vendor in the capital city.

00:33He said some were pushing a narrative that riots would break out over the controversy

00:38sparked by the plan to relocate the Dewi Sripadrakaliaman temple.

00:42He added that social media users could sometimes make a mountain out of a molehill

00:48by sensationalizing issues that could instead be resolved in an amicable manner.

00:53Don't give them space.

00:55Because half of the people are busy and they don't think about the public interest.

01:01Everyone wants to be politicized.

01:03Anwar also said that such groups would have no qualms about labeling others as infidels or hypocrites if they were in disagreement.
