The medic who documented the footage was still alive when they approached and recorded their voices. He was later found killed by a bullet to the head in a makeshift mass grave along with the rest of the team — 15 medics and Civil Defense rescuers — executed by the occupation army ten days earlier.
Israeli army claimed earlier this week that its troops did not randomly attack ambulances and that some vehicles “were identified approaching in a suspicious manner without lights or emergency signals toward the soldiers,” who fired in response.
