"The Little Spies" is a 1986 Disney television movie where a group of neighborhood kids, led by a boy who befriends a stray dog, discover a nearby gang is involved in a sinister plot to capture dogs for medical experiments, and with the help of a World War II hero, they plan to save the dogs.
