00:00Wembley Stadium, the home of both the England's men's national team and more frequently,
00:06the Lionesses too. Once described as the cathedral of football, the capital of football and the
00:12heart of football by Brazilian footballing legend Pelé. Since the stadium first opened
00:17its doors in 1923, it has been the centre of sport in England. Maybe its most famous
00:23moment coming when England lifted the World Cup in 1966 and when the Lionesses lifted
00:29the Euros in 2022. In 2000, the old Wembley was closed and new Wembley opened in 2007,
00:37hosting an FA Cup final. These days, there is life outside the stadium too, with shops,
00:42bars and the iconic box park outside the ground as well.
