00:07The National Bureau of Investigation confirmed that the NBI-11 cases were dismissed from the court

00:13including 59 individuals who were involved in the Philippine Offshore Gaming Operations

00:21with POGO in Panabo City, Davao del Norte.

00:24The NBI-11 itself filed cases of syndicated staffing and illegal online gambling

00:30against 55 Chinese, 3 Malaysians, and 1 Filipino.

00:36They were dismissed on December 6, 2024 from the warehouse in New Malitbog, Barangay Manay, Panabo City.

00:44They were dismissed from the court and dismissed to the Writ of Habeas Corpus.

00:50According to the NBI-11, there is no basis for the detainment of the defendants.

00:56The investigation is still ongoing.

00:59However, there is no evidence or document that confirms the NBI's custody

01:05of those who were caught with foreign IDs, shotguns, computers, or other evidence.

01:13All the Chinese nationals were ordered released by the court

01:18based on the Writ of Habeas Corpus.

01:21On the other hand, the Bureau of Immigration also issued an order releasing all of them.

01:27So aside from the court, the Immigration Office also issued an order to release those Chinese nationals.

01:36Bullet boxes and automated counting machines with ACM batteries have already arrived in Davao City.

01:42According to Kulang, in Tukmang Storage Area, the Office of the Commission of Elections of Davao City

01:48has already issued bullet boxes and ACM batteries for the elections in Davao City Police Office, DCPO.

01:59They will be used in the 2025 midterm elections.

02:02According to Comelec-11, it is better for the DCPO to keep an eye on the delivery of ACM batteries.

02:13According to Bagulang, it is better to reverse the training that will be given to those who will serve in the midterm elections.

02:24Then, the DCPO asked for a centralized storage.

02:28So the election officers asked if this is allowed.
