00:00Of course, I can understand everyone who thinks about who is this or how is this possible.

00:08But sometimes there are things we cannot influence.

00:11More important is that we solve the problem as soon as possible, carry on, make good positive

00:18signals on the sport science.

00:21I think since I'm here we had a lot of positive things.

00:26We are a good address for players to come here and I think hopefully we can carry on

00:35and keep going like this because this is important for the development of the club, of course.

00:40Have you actually spoken to the players about the situation?

00:43I know obviously your job is to try and focus on the football and away from the stuff off the pitch,

00:48but have you actually sat down and spoken to them or have you left that to the players to sort between themselves?

00:52I was just short to give a short sentence because every day the situation could be changed

01:01and if you make it at the moment bigger and bigger and bigger, it's not helpful.

01:07I try to force my players on the sport science, focus on the pitch and hopefully,

01:17and this is also what I try and demand from them, more or less the financial side of course,

01:25but it's also about their own career.

01:29You want to perform well, you want to show up, you want to get points and this is really what I try to say every day.

01:40That we should influence our performance at first and all the other things I'm convinced

01:46will be sorted as soon as possible.
