00:00Today, just our season here, you've got to go back to 1967 to get a comparable one,
00:10so not too many were around in those days, but it's not easy, a lot of cost involved,
00:17and I just think today we've got outside help, which we desperately needed,
00:21a little bit over 2,000 cattle yarded so far, quite happy with the way everything's gone,
00:26and I think it's a relief for this area to be selling cattle because of the cost of feeding them,
00:32and we're just hoping that the break does come, unfortunately it doesn't look like it's close to us at the moment,
00:39but we can just hope, the fat job is very good, and we just hope that that continues,
00:45and go from there, but so far, very happy with everything, and if the cattle have got condition on them,
00:52they are worth money, and that's the main thing, and farmers deserve what they're getting.
00:57Where are we seeing buyers from here today?
00:59Look, there's Gippsland, three lots are here, and look, it is our crossbreed sale,
01:04but look, it's a bit over 2,000 cattle yarded, and so far, we're nearly halfway through it,
01:12and results are quite rewarding for everyone when we're in a desperate way down here for grass.
01:22.
