00:43seek to infill the venue's existing basement and build a new extension
00:47to replace the storage area to the left of the property.
00:50The popular venue on the A6 has been closed since significant flooding in October 2023,
00:55following extensive flooding also in 2022 and 2021.
00:59Owners say they now plan to host a number of outdoor events from April through to September,
01:04including an outdoor cinema, classic car shows and a beer and cider festival.
