00:00Although there was no typhoon, some parts of the country experienced bad weather.

00:11Yesterday, Alacapan, Cagayan rained heavily.

00:14That's why some places were flooded.

00:16Even a school was flooded.

00:19The heavy rain in Bongao, Tawi-Tawi also poured.

00:22It rained for almost an hour and the streets were flooded.

00:25Cagayan had a frontal system.

00:28According to the forecast, the frontal system was also flooded by hot and cold winds.

00:33Compared to the shoreline, it didn't last long.

00:36Currently, there's a northeasterly wind flow in Cagayan.

00:39It's in the middle of a section of Northern Luzon.

00:42While the Intertropical Convergence Zone or ITCZ is in Southern Mindanao.

00:48While the easterly zone is in our part of the country.

00:50Particularly here in Metro Manila.
