00:00What do you think about the integration of home assistance?
00:04Well, there is no doubt that things are moving and integrated home assistance in some regions is to be extended,
00:15and has already been extended to additional quotas for seniors and also for people with disabilities.
00:23It is a ongoing process, as I said.
00:25Of course, we have steps to be taken in terms of payments to Europe.
00:31We have this scenario to be concluded in terms of the use of resources by 2026,
00:37but we know that we also have to speed up, because today there is still a strong territorial imbalance.
00:42Some regions have received the 2021 agreement, others are already doing it,
00:48but there is also a lack of organizational actions that allow the real implementation of this type of intervention.
00:54There are difficulties of access, without a doubt.
00:56There is still little integration of home assistance.
00:59Where it exists, it is essentially focused on health benefits,
01:04little integrated with social benefits,
01:06I would also say with the benefits that are provided in support of home assistance by third sector entities.
01:14And we still have a difficulty of guaranteeing continuity,
01:17so there are performance experiences that are concluded
01:22and people are then entrusted to themselves,
01:25with all the problems that obviously also derive from the huge assistance load of caregivers.
01:30So there is a lot to do.
01:32The PNR is an important opportunity, it must be fully received,
01:35and above all in an equitable and equal way throughout the entire national territory.
