(Adnkronos) - “A Mind avremo due studentati per 1152 posti letto. Nel dettaglio avremo 400 posti letto in diritto allo studio con tariffa di 250 euro al mese a carico dello studente a cui si aggiunge il contributo dell’università in base a una convenzione. Sono state firmate tre convenzioni, una con l’università e due per i singoli lotti con il Comune di Milano che disciplinano le varie tariffe. La tariffa massima è quella per una stanza singola di 780 euro. La tariffa media è di circa 620 euro tutto compreso”. Così, Oronzo Perrini, direttore generale di Ream Sgr, in occasione dell’evento da Lendlease, all’incontro “Campus Mind: il primo passo per gli studenti”, promosso da Lendlease, università degli studi di Milano e Ream Sgr in occasione della posa della prima pietra del primo studentato a Mind.
