00:00Look at you. Who are you wearing?
00:02This is Carolina Herrera.
00:04Who are you wearing?
00:06Prada.
00:08What is that?
00:10This is a beautiful brooch from Tiffany.
00:12Right now we're doing
00:14birds in the air. We're flying.
00:16Just a little Tiffany love
00:18right now.
00:20How many carrots?
00:22I didn't ask.
00:24I couldn't hear.
00:26As soon as we leave.
00:28Did you watch the show tonight?
00:30What was your favorite part?
00:32So many surprises, but of course Zoe.
00:34We go back so many years to our
00:36little indie days and just so
00:38proud of her and so happy for her.
00:40You knew this would happen for her one day
00:42when you were making those indies?
00:44I knew she was incredibly talented
00:46and I just hoped that she was going to be given
00:48the opportunity.
00:50All the opportunities that you kind of need to be able to
00:52showcase all your layers
00:54and with this one she got to
00:56show everything in her toolkit.
00:58When are you going to act? When are you going to do some acting?
01:00Tell me you're
01:02not taking acting classes. I know you are.
01:04I haven't yet. My wife won't let me do it.
01:06I did not. That is
01:08not true. That is not true.
01:10We had vacation with Jerry Bruckheimer and
01:12Jerry Bruckheimer himself said
01:14D needs to start acting.
01:16Jerry Bruckheimer tells you
01:18to do that?
01:20You do it.
01:22We were on vacation drinking
01:24wine so he's been nice but
01:26I love supporting her more so than anything.
01:28I don't know. Let somebody write a
01:30script for me.
01:32He wants a script written for him.
01:34He's not acting but now he wants a script written for him.
01:36If not then it's cool.
01:38He wants his own movie. God bless.
01:40On a serious note
01:42obviously right now trans rights are being
01:44attacked. How are you feeling?
01:46How's your daughter doing?
01:48Our daughter is doing great.
01:50She had a gospel choir concert last night
01:52and the joy
01:54that we got a chance to watch
01:56Zaya portray last night
01:58and just be a kid on that stage
02:00that's what we focus on.
02:02We obviously understand that it's a lot
02:04of conversation.
02:06It's a lot of families that's been
02:08affected by but we choose
02:10to focus on our community and our
02:12village and what it is we have to
02:14do as parents and we need to do
02:16and we support Zaya and everything she wants
02:18to do but we're getting ready for her graduation.
02:20She's going to college?
02:22I'm turning 18.
02:24We're focused on Zaya.
02:26We're not focused on things we can't control right now.
02:28We're trying to focus on making sure that she turns
02:3018. You only do it once and she goes
02:32to college and she gets off to the place
02:34she wants to be at.
02:36What do you say to other parents who are scared?
02:38This isn't the time for
02:40fear. This is the time for bravery
02:42and sometimes the bravest thing you can do
02:44is see your
02:46child 100% of your child.
02:48Prepare them to fight.
02:50You need to prepare to fight with
02:52information, resources, the truth
02:54because it's
02:56going to take all of us standing together.
02:58So whether you have trans kids
03:00or you just understand
03:02the value of every single
03:04member of our society,
03:06it's time to fight.
