00:00Good morning to all of us, this is our weather update for Tuesday, April 1, 2025.
00:10We are not monitoring any typhoons or low-pressure areas here inside and outside of our Philippine
00:16Area of Responsibility or any direct effects here in our country.
00:21For now, this Easter list is still going on or the hot and humid wind coming from the
00:27Pacific Ocean here in our country.
00:32For our weather forecast for today, we expect that this northeasterly wind flow will experience
00:39a heavy downpour with weak rains here in Batanes and also here in Babuyan Islands.
00:46Meanwhile, for the southern part of Luzon, we expect a hot and humid afternoon to afternoon
00:53with a chance of isolated rain showers or quick rains due to localized thunderstorms,
01:00especially in the afternoons and evenings.
01:03Temperatures for Metro Manila and Tuguegarao are 24 to 33 degrees Celsius,
01:08Lawag is 26 to 34 degrees Celsius.
01:11Baguio, we expect 17 to 26 degrees Celsius,
01:14Legazpi, 24 to 31,
01:16and Tagaytay, 23 to 32 degrees Celsius.
01:20Also here in Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao, we also expect a hot and humid weather
01:28with a high chance of localized thunderstorms, especially here in Visayas and Mindanao.
01:34That's why we are also warning our countrymen about flash floods or landslides due to localized thunderstorms.

02:04Cebu and Cagandeoro, 25 to 32 degrees Celsius,
02:08Zamboanga, 23 to 32 degrees Celsius,
02:11and Davao, 24 to 33 degrees Celsius.
02:15For our heat index yesterday in Metro Manila,
02:18we were able to measure 37 to 38 degrees Celsius.
02:22The highest we were able to measure was here in Dagupan City, Pangasinan, with 48 degrees Celsius.
02:2844 degrees Celsius in Iba, Sambales,
02:3143 degrees Celsius in Birak, Catanduanes,
02:34and 42 degrees Celsius here in Butuan City, Agusan del Norte.
02:39For our forecast for today's heat index,
02:43for Metro Manila, we expect a heat index of 37 degrees Celsius.
02:48The highest we were able to measure was here in Dagupan City, Pangasinan, with 46 degrees Celsius.
02:5343 degrees Celsius in Iba, Sambales,
02:5643 degrees Celsius in Birak,
02:57and 42 degrees Celsius here in Butuan City, Agusan del Norte.
03:01As you can see, this is a danger level.
03:03That's why we are warning our fellow countrymen
