00:29socialist program of Venezuela Diosdado Cabello highlighted that the candidates

00:33were elected by the democratic participatory and proactive elections. Moreover the emphasis

00:40that for the first time the state of Ghana Sequiba will participate in the elections

00:45in these regional elections.
